Danfoss OMR 200 dealer, supplier or distributor: the “replacement” isn’t identical, so ask three questions Here’s a trap hiding in plain sight. The old Danfoss OMR 200 and its current replacement share a size and a flange. But their ratings differ, and so do their connections. A seller who calls the new one “the same” hasn’t read the data. That makes the difference a free test. Ask any seller three questions, and you’ll quickly see who knows the product. Advance Hydraulic Works works with hydraulic pump and motor repair and supply from Delhi NCR, and we’d ask you to put the same questions to us. The old motor A reseller datasheet gives the legacy 151-0415 as a 199.8 cm³ motor with a continuous speed of 300 rpm (375 intermittent), continuous torque of 300 N•m (390 intermittent, 560 peak), a pressure drop of 110 bar (140 intermittent, 225 peak), flow of 60 litres per minute and no drain port. The shaft is 25 mm straight with an 8 mm key, on an SAE-A 2-hole flange. The replacement, and what changed The current part is the White 11186665, listed with the previous Danfoss number 151-0715. A different reseller’s datasheet for it shows a displacement of 198.2 cm³, 305 rpm continuous, 400 N•m continuous, a pressure drop of 150 bar, a G1/4 drain port, check valves and a high-pressure shaft seal. Compare the two. Continuous torque rises from 300 to 400 N•m. Continuous pressure rises from 110 to 150 bar. The old motor had no drain port, and the newer one lists a drain connection and check valves. A seller who says “it’s the same, just fit it” is ignoring all of that. The three questions 1. Does it have a drain port, and does my circuit need it connected? 2. What are the continuous ratings of the exact motor you’re offering? 3. Does it have check valves, and does my circuit already have them? A seller who knows the product answers in a line. A seller who copies listings can’t. Same number, different data Public pages don’t agree. One Indian seller’s page for the White number lists 300 rpm, 300 N•m and 110 bar continuous, which are the old motor’s ratings, under a title that names about ten cities. Another datasheet for the same number gives 400 N•m and 150 bar. Both can’t be right for one motor. Check the maker’s current data sheet, and don’t take either on faith. Price and availability: one shop, two stories A European shop lists the old Danfoss number 151-0415 at €580.63 excluding VAT, available in 200 days. In the same shop, the White 11186665 starts at €222.61, with more than ten available. That’s about 2.6 times the price, and a very different wait, for the same job. Elsewhere, listings run from $223.00 for an aftermarket unit to $1,025.45 for another seller’s 151-0715. All of these are overseas, so none is an Advance Hydraulic Works price. Danfoss OMR 200 dealer: what to ask A Danfoss OMR 200 dealer usually sells to workshops and factories, often buying from a distributor. Ask the three questions above, and ask for the maker and the part number in writing. Danfoss OMR 200 supplier: the loosest label A Danfoss OMR 200 supplier can be any importer, trader or reseller. Ask whether the motor is old Danfoss stock, the White version or aftermarket. Advance Hydraulic Works sits in the supplier group, so ask us too. Danfoss OMR 200 distributor: the strongest claim A Danfoss OMR 200 distributor should hold an appointment from the maker, which for the current motor may be White. Ask for the document and check it with the maker. The method: ask, compare, prove Ask. Send the three questions to every seller. Compare. Put the answers in one table next to the datasheet. Prove. Ask for the maker, part number and a plate photo of the actual unit. A worked example Say you’re replacing a 151-0415 on a sweeper drive. Your circuit has no case drain line. Seller A says “the new one is the same, fit it.” Seller B says “the new one has a G1/4 drain port, so you may need to connect or plug it, and here’s the data sheet.” B has done the reading, and A hasn’t. Now count cost. The same shop prices the old number at €580.63 and the White number from €222.61, a saving of about €358. If A is 5% cheaper than B but gets the connection wrong, the first leak costs more than that saving. The questions turn a gut feeling into evidence. This is an illustrative case, so use the current data for your exact motors. Implementation steps 1. Take photographs of the old motor’s nameplate, shaft, and flange before removal. 2. Write down the full component number, which includes 151-0415, noting that it does not have a drain port. 3. Check your circuit for the case drain line and test valve. 4. Work at the non-stop torque, speed and tension your system needs. 5. Send info and 3 inquiries to Advance Hydraulic Works and at least one other vendor. 6. Ask each vendor to nation the manufacturer, part variety, condition and warranty in writing. 7. Compare the introduced motor plate with your order, then check the drain connection. 8. Install the motor and run it first taken down. Common mistakes include assuming the new motor is the same, ignoring the drain connection and trusting the website to list older ratings below the new range FAQs Who is the Danfoss OMR 2 hundred dealer? A merchant sells to stop users, buying from a regular distributor. Ask which supplier you buy from, in writing, and ask the 3 questions above. What does a Danfoss OMR two hundred dealer do? Suppliers have a looser time in which importers and buyers are involved. Ask if the motor is old Danfoss inventory, White-made or aftermarket. How do I discover a genuine Danfoss OMR 2 hundred dispenser? Ask for an appointment in writing and check it with the manufacturer. For a present day motor it could be White Drive Motors & Steering. Is the white one the same as 11186665 151-0415? Not exactly. The datasheets display higher torque and pressure ranges as well as a drain port on the more moderen motor. Check your actual motor information. Does Advanced Hydraulic Works take inquiries for this motor? Yes. Send nameplate pictures, model codes, and operating pressures to Advanced Hydraulic Works, and ask for sources, conditions, and guarantees before you submit them. Your next step Photograph the nameplate, check your circuit for a drain line and send everything to Advance Hydraulic Works. Ask us the three questions, and ask every other seller the same.
